Angelo Liao
CEO and Co-Founder
Angelo is a former leader in an energy and climate startup. He cofounded the PNW Climate Week and continues to support this organization. He also previously led AI product work at Microsoft. When he transitioned from his role working with software products to the role completing projects with climate startups, he experienced the pain of managing project operations firsthand, and decided to start Forge.

Derrick Lewis

Derrick is a former executive who spent 15+ years at EY. He also co-founded aerospace eVTOL startup Skyway Aviation and the Bronx Community Foundation. He experienced firsthand the pain of managing grants and contracts as both a founder and a consultant. He brings decades of industry experience into Forge.
Robert Schneider
Senior Accountant
Rob is a former auditor for the NIH, where he conducted audits for federal governments for 10+ years. He hailed from a non-profit accounting background, and is skilled with grant and contract management. He also worked as an accountant, supporting SBIR award winners at places like Eva Garland

Trinity is former accountant at Deloitte, with years of experience working with non-profits and startups in tax preparation and contract management.
Sheena Joynt
Bookkeeper
Sheena has been providing bookkeeping for companies with federal awards since the beginning of her career when she started working with local companies in the DMV area. She has provided bookkeeping for companies in energy, biotech, aerospace, and more.
