About Forge

We automate project compliance so builders can focus on building.

Forge was born from a simple frustration: why do the teams building critical infrastructure spend so much time on spreadsheets instead of their actual projects?

Our Story

Why we do what we do

“Compliance and forecasting shouldn't be friction. They should run alongside your work.”

We started Forge in 2024 because we believed North America had entered a new era of building.

We need to build and we are building! Amazing innovators are pouring into infrastructure: working on modern energy, resilient transportation, defense capabilities, water systems. The work matters. The timing is urgent. The funding is there.

But compliance hasn't kept pace. Public scrutiny has risen. Cost uncertainty has climbed. Somewhere between the vision and the execution, compliance becomes a burden that consumes 20-40% of a project team's time and ultimately pulls builders and their resources away from actually building.

That's the gap we're here to close. Compliance and forecasting shouldn't be friction. They should run alongside your work, keeping everything on track so your team can focus on what they were hired to do.

So we, the people, can enjoy an abundant future where things just work!

Forge aims to automate the compliance burden.

We're building AI that understands compliance frameworks, categorizes expenses automatically, and keeps your project audit-ready — so you can focus on delivering results.
